Here I will record the many experience that I will encounter as I live my next year in Dharamsala,Himachel Pradesh, India, home of the Tibetan Government-in-Exile and His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama. I am volunteering at the Multi-Educational Center, teaching conversational English to Tibetans. This will be a new experience for me, I have not been to India and my Tibetan is very poor, stay tuned to see how this all develops. Jela Jeh Yong

I was born in Brooklyn, NY. Grew up partially in Panama and Brooklyn. Lived in Coral Springs, FL after middle school. Dropped out of high school to live on the streets and hitchhiked around the US. I ended in Berea as a transient to eventually attend Berea College and Graduate with a B.A. in Asian Studies, go figure......
